We often think of cat as being untrainable but this is not true. Cats can be trained it just take more patience and perseverance than training a dog. You can see trained cats in almost any movie that uses cats as actors. Can you imagine trying to use an untrained cat in a movie scene. You’d probably spend most of you time trying to find the cat.
Cats, like dog and most other animals, react best to the reward process of behaviour modification. Rewarding a cat for each correct move brings the best results but it has been found that rewarding at random intervals instead of every time the the correct action is preformed gives more lasting results.
